CELEBRATING LOCAL PRODUCERS
At the heart of Hotel Paradis' concerns are the values of quality, transparency, proximity, and respect for resources and the environment. We recognize itself perfectly in these values, and makes it a point of honor to privilege short circuits as soon as possible or produce ourselves some elements. The intermediaries between the producer and the consumer are then reduced, and local production is honored.
