OUR COMMITMENTS

After having challenged the codes of the hotel industry, it seemed natural to us to also change its habits and methods.

Alongside our highly committed partners, we are determined to take a step forward every day. Every day, we're multiplying our actions, big and small, to limit the carbon footprint of all of us.

A step further every day

AT Ginto

WE'RE ALL
ABOUT THE
of the local

To cut a long story short, 85% of our products come from local suppliers. Paradise beer (so aptly named!) from the Saint-Ouen brewery, Hey Honey from Boran-sur-Oise or Colas and Parimonades from the Limonaderie de Paris.

We love the charm and personality of our neighborhoods, getting to know our producers and suppliers, and really working together.

It's a desire and a very lasting commitment, as much as a guarantee of quality and conviviality for our customers.

OUR LABELS

These distinctions are the fruit of our commitments, our small and large actions, our choice of green and disruptor-free household products, our eco-pumps to replace the usual welcome products, our committed partnerships and our lasting stories.

GREEN KEY

Take action for sustainable tourism!
The Clef Verte label is the first international ecolabel for tourist accommodation and restaurants committed to more eco-responsible tourism. Among the label's criteria: intelligent waste management of course, control of our water and energy consumption, but also (and we love this at Ginto) responsible purchasing.
An initial audit and regular monitoring of our approach guarantee visitors that we are applying them.

OCEAN FRIENDLY RESTAURANT

Your Ginto signature breakfast has been awarded the Ocean Friendly restaurant label from Surfrider Europe!
This program encourages restaurant owners in their ecological transition and the implementation of concrete sustainable development actions.
At Ginto, we're delighted to be rewarded for our short supply chains and our values of quality and proximity! It's an approach that allows each of our houses to retain its specific character, while showcasing the talent of our neighbors and regions, which we're proud to share with you!

Our environmental
impact

At Ginto, we want to turn utopia into reality. Starting with our environmental future. At a time when the carbon impact of our every gesture and journey is no longer in doubt, we have a role to play as hoteliers, businesses and even individuals.
Did you know that simply staying in a hotel creates a carbon footprint?
Here, we want to make travel, whether near or far, a sustainable process.
By working on each of our gestures, each of our actions, and above all in complete transparency with you. Discover the impact of our day-to-day operations.

This partnership is close to our hearts (because Comyces has a heart as big as that). With them, we've embarked on the 'An Hotel for my Parents' project.
In short, our hotel offers free overnight stays to parents of children hospitalized in Paris, but far from home. A little comfort and reassurance in these often difficult times.
