Are you able to store luggages before our room is ready or after check-out?

Yes, we can store luggage before and after checkout, free of charge.

Could it be possible to have an additionnal bed?

If you'd like an extra bed in your room, we'll be happy to provide one at an additional cost of €60 per night & per room. Only the Deluxe and Junior Suite room categories allow the addition of an extra bed. Please do not hesitate to ask our team:

Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?

We have a wheelchair-accessible room on the first floor, with a wide entrance door and bathroom door. The accessible bathroom has handles in the shower and next to the toilet. The hotel entrance is also wheelchair-accessible.

What is your cancellation policy?

How do I subscribe to the cancellation insurance?

Once you have chosen the dates of your stay and your room, our partner Europ Assistance will offer you a cancellation insurance.  You can take out this insurance directly on our booking engine , just before confirming your stay. Is the hotel suitable to accommodate for families?

Do you allow pets?

We are happy to accommodate one (1) pet per room per night (max 10kg) for €12 per night per room. Your very special guests will even be provided with a basket and bowl.

Please leave them in your room if you are going to the breakfast room, or in their carrier bag if you wish to take them with you. Please also keep them on a leash or in their carrier bag when moving around the hotel. They will undoubtedly be exemplary guests, but we ask you to clean up any messes they make and prevent them from barking. Any damage caused by your dog will be billed to you.

Service dogs are of course welcome throughout the hotel.

What means of payments do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express and MasterCard. Please note that we cannot accept payment by cheque. Our hotel does accept cash as payment at check-out, but a valid credit card must still be presented upon arrival.

Will I be billed directly when I give my credit card number?

Para todas las reservas, el cliente deberá facilitar un número de tarjeta de crédito con el fin de garantizar la reserva de su habitación durante la duración de su estancia:

-En el caso de una reserva con tarifa flexible, una preautorización de un (1) euro en su tarjeta de pago en el momento de la reserva. 7 días antes de su llegada, se realizará una nueva preautorización equivalente al importe de la primera noche en su tarjeta de pago, para todo tipo de condiciones de tarifa (excepto tarifas no reembolsables).

-En el caso de una reserva no reembolsable, se cargará el importe total de la estancia en el momento de la reserva.

Are there any risks in giving my credit card number on your website?

To guarantee your security and ensure greater confidentiality, our website uses the SSL encryption protocol. When data is transferred over the Internet, the information entered in the various forms is automatically encrypted. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system automatically encodes data before it is transmitted over the Internet. It is only decrypted once it reaches the server of our booking engine & online payment provider.

SSL is currently the most reliable and widespread solution. To be sure that your browser is compatible, check for a key or padlock icon.

Are VAT and city tax included in the price of my stay?

Rates include VAT but exclude the current city tax per person per night.

How many rooms can I book at once on your website?

What are the hotel's environmental initiatives?

Commitment to the environment is an integral part of the values of the hotels in the GINTO collection, including the Hotel Paradis. We are proud to offer our guests a breakfast labelled "Ocean Friendly Restaurant" by Surfrider Europe and to support the "Café joyeux" solidarity restaurants.

The Hotel Paradis is also reducing its consumption of plastic by offering all its guests the chance to fill up as much as they like with still or sparkling water from a castalie carafe provided during their stay. To find out more >


What time is check-in & check-out?

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival (local time) and must be vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of departure.

Can I smoke in the hotel ?

For the comfort of our guests, the hotel's common areas are entirely non-smoking. Smoking in your room or in these areas will incur a €68 fine. For guests who still wish to smoke during their stay, we invite you to select a superior balcony room. Smoking is only permitted on balconies, not in rooms. To find out more, click here.

Is there a extra charge for WIFI?

No, Wi-Fi is complimentary at Hotel Paradis.

Where can we park our car?

The hotel has no parking facilities. However, you can leave your vehicle at the REX Atrium3 parking lot, located at 5 rue du Faubourg Poissonière, 75009 Paris. Open 24 hours a day, this parking lot is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. To benefit from the preferential rates granted to the hotel guests (34 euros per day), please call the intercom from the automatic machine 24/7.

Do I need a credit card at check-in?

Yes, all guests need a valid credit card that matches their Identification.

At what time can I take my breakfast?

Continental buffet breakfast is served from 7am to 10am and costs EUR 17 per person per day for adults and EUR 8.5 per day for children aged 6 to 11. It is free for children under 5. We also offer gluten-free products to suit your dietary requirements.

I haven't booked my breakfast. Can I have it on spot on the day?

On simple request to our team, and payment of the supplement due, you can have access to the breakfast room.
If your room is marked "breakfast included", you do not need to book breakfast: it is included in the price of your stay.
