A cup of joy 😀
Founded in 2017, Café Joyeux dedicates all of its value creation to the inclusion of disability in all its forms, to make disability visible and foster encounters with our differences. Indeed, the solidarity-based company then reinvests 100% of the profits generated by the sale of its coffees in the opening of new locations. Today, there are 9 Café Joyeux in Paris, Rennes, Bordeaux, Lyon & Lisbon which employ 90 people with mental and cognitive disabilities.
In France, 700,000 people are diagnosed as having autism spectrum disorders and 65,000 have Trisomy 21. They are two to three times more affected by unemployment than the rest of the population. This is why the Group is very proud to contribute to the Café Joyeux project.
